Rules admins quote these by number
- No cheating, scripting or macros. Aim assist, ESP, no-recoil scripts, third-party overlays. Permanent ban, no appeal.
- Team limit is 4, everywhere. Four on the base, four in the roam group. Shared TCs, shared codes and fighting alongside a fifth all count as over-limit.
- No alliances between teams. Two quads working the same raid is an eight-man. If you wouldn't shoot them on sight, they're on your team.
- No hate speech or harassment. Slurs, targeted abuse, real-life threats. Trash talk is fine, this isn't.
- No bug or terrain exploits. Rock bases, under-terrain loot rooms, monument clipping, duping. Report what you find instead.
- No stream sniping. Bring proof to Discord.
- Don't camp fresh spawns. One warning, then a temp ban.
- No advertising other servers. In chat, on signs, in your name. Mute and kick.
Ban appeals go in a Discord ticket. We keep combat and admin logs for 30 days and will show you what we saw.
FAQ
Do I need to install any mods?
No. Server-side plugins only. You connect with a normal EAC-enabled Rust client, same as any official server.
When do I lose my blueprints?
Only on force wipe, the first Thursday of the month. Every other Thursday is a map wipe and your blueprints carry over.
What's in the store?
Kits, skins and a supporter slot that skips the queue. Contents and prices are listed at store.astrorust.net.
Can I play solo?
Yes. At 10× you can gear up without a group, and the 4-man cap keeps zergs off the map. There's a #solo-lfg channel in Discord if you want a team.
How do I report a cheater?
Discord ticket with the player's name, a rough timestamp and a clip if you have one. F7 reports work too, but a ticket gets a human faster.
The server is full. Do I get priority?
Queue is first-come. Store supporters get a reserved slot, which mostly matters on force wipe night.
